Thank you for donating to the Hospice & Palliative Care Federation of Massachusetts
The Hospice & Palliative Care Federation of MA is able to continue its mission because of your support and generosity.
“To advance and promote excellence in end-of-life care by: advocating for members, patients, families and the end of life caregiving community; providing education; enhancing awareness and fostering innovation in end-of-life services.”
Founded in 1980, the Hospice & Palliative Care Federation (HPCFM) comprises hospice providers, palliative care, associate and individual members. Last year HPCFM member hospices served more than 24,000 patients and their families representing 40% of all those who died in Massachusetts. HPCFM serves not only members, but also those seeking or using end-of-life services and others interested in this area.
Our mission is to ensure residents of Massachusetts have access to the highest quality end of life care. One of our highest priorities is to emphasize and provide on-going education and support to our members on regulatory compliance
Thanks to your generosity HPCFM is able to sponsor educational programs that build knowledge and skills of hospice and palliative care professionals and volunteers
