In collaboration with the Bedford VA, and MHVP, the Hospice & Palliative Care Federation is pleased to invite you to attend Caring for Vietnam Veterans at End-of-Life. 

97% of Veterans pass away outside of the VA. As a result, Veterans Affairs has been tasked with providing education to community partners who provide end of life care to our Veterans. The focus of the presentation will be on Suicide Prevention, Moral Injury and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in Veteran populations at end of life.

The session will be offered in Fairhaven on September 20th and in Charleton September 27th to make the education accessible to hospice and palliative care professionals across the state.  Continuing Education Credits for Social Work and Nursing will be offered at no cost.  Registration is REQUIRED.
