Chaplain (2 Positions: Lowell and New Bedford)
As an Allegiance Hospice Chaplain, you will provide spiritual support to hospice patients, families and hospice staff. We have 2 areas available: one in the Lowell area and another in New Bedford. As an Allegiance Hospice Chaplain, you will:

  • Provide spiritual support to patients and families.

RN Hospice Case Managers Needed in Leominister
Under the direction of the hospice manager and supervising physicians, the RN case manager would perform the specific clinical duties of a Hospice and Palliative care nurse, including case management of comprehensive services.

As a full time or weekend part-time, weekend, Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care assistance to hospice patients; assist with ambulation, R.O.M., transfers and exercise; assist with feeding and toileting needs; change linens and tidy patients environment; observe and report changes in patients conditions. Experience: The ideal candidate must be a Certified Home Health Aid (CNA certification a plus) and will have at least 2 years experience in long term care settings, but not necessarily hospice care.
