The Education Committee of the Hospice & Palliative Care Federation of MA invites you to submit a workshop proposal for the 2010 Fall Education Conference. Last year, the conference attracted over 750 individuals from all over New England who share an interest in improving end-of-life care, including hospice and palliative providers, long term care facility staff, consultants in end-of-life care, and state agency staff. You may submit a proposal on any of the topics below or on any topic that you feel would be of interest to our diverse audience. Workshop evaluations indicate that participants prefer specific information that will be useful in their practice especially innovations in patient and family care, new technologies and therapies, quality initiatives, solutions to management problems, ororganizational and environmental trends:

Each workshop is one hour and fifteen minutes long with no more than two presenters. Accepted presenters will receive a complimentary registration for the conference for the day on which they are presenting. |
